SitePrompt is a trading name of Kane Davies, operating as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. We sell digital products — AI prompt template packs — via Gumroad. By purchasing from SitePrompt, you agree to these terms.

Products and delivery
SitePrompt sells digital downloads. Upon successful purchase via Gumroad, you will receive a confirmation email containing your download link. Delivery is immediate and automated. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, contact us at hello@siteprompt.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required.
Licence terms
When you purchase a SitePrompt product, you are purchasing a licence to use the templates, not ownership of the intellectual property. The licence terms vary by product tier:
- Starter Pack and Pro Pack — single user licence. You may use the templates across all of your own clients and projects. You may not share, distribute, resell, or permit others to use the templates under your licence.
- Consultant Bundle — team licence for up to 3 named users within the same organisation. Each user is covered under this licence. Use beyond 3 users requires a separate arrangement — contact us to discuss.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish SitePrompt templates as your own product or as part of another product without our written permission.
Intellectual property
All SitePrompt template content, design, copy, and structure remains the intellectual property of Kane Davies trading as SitePrompt. Purchase of a licence does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer.
Documents produced using SitePrompt templates — that is, the AI-generated output you create using our prompts — are yours. We make no claim over content you produce using our templates.
Professional responsibility
SitePrompt templates are tools to assist qualified health and safety professionals. They are not a substitute for professional knowledge, judgement, or competence.
All documents produced using SitePrompt templates must be reviewed by a competent person before use. SitePrompt accepts no liability for any loss, claim, penalty, or harm arising from the use of documents produced using our templates without appropriate professional review.
Legislation references within our templates are provided in good faith and reflect UK law as understood at the time of publication. It is your responsibility to verify that any legislative references remain current and applicable to your specific circumstances.
Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. If you purchase a SitePrompt product and genuinely feel it does not deliver what is described on the product page, contact us at hello@siteprompt.co.uk within 7 days of purchase with details of your concern. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
We take product quality seriously. If a template contains a material error — incorrect legislation, missing content, or a technical fault — we will correct it and provide you with an updated version at no charge, or offer a full refund at our discretion.
Product updates
Pro Pack and Consultant Bundle buyers receive free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase. Updates include new templates added to the pack and corrections to existing templates. You will be notified by email when updates are available. After 12 months, updates may be available at a discounted rate for existing buyers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, SitePrompt's total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to existing customers by email. Continued use of SitePrompt products following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available at siteprompt.co.uk/terms.html.
